The System
McDonald’s didn’t win because of burgers. Okay.. sure.. they are good, but!

Before it became a global brand, it was just a small restaurant run by two brothers in California. What caught Ray Kroc’s attention wasn’t the food — it was the system behind it.
Every movement in the kitchen was defined. Every role was clear. The process worked the same way every day, regardless of who was working.
That’s what scaled.
Most businesses fail because they chase tactics. McDonald’s won because it built a system that could be repeated, improved, and trusted.
That’s what I am talking about here.
Any real online business — affiliate or not — works because a few core systems are in place and working together. This model exists to remove that confusion.
Here is the basic :

(1) You need the ability to generate a constant flow of traffic (online or offline) (traffic engine).
(2) You need the ability to convert the traffic into leads and sales (conversion machine).
(3) You need the ability to convert those sales into long-term business (nurture, retention, relationship engine). I don’t know any better than email marketing for that part.
That’s it.
In the previous pages, I told you about the proportion of affiliate products and your own products you should have.
