This afternoon, I was breathing like an old smoker who had smoked two packs a day all his life.
and it was by choice. My choice.
The reason? My trainer gave me a ”crossfit style” rinse under the hot Quebec sun. I even thought about filing a harassment complaint because it was so intense. But I did it. Talking ’bout The training.. Not the harassment complaint.
From monday to friday, I kick my ass pretty hard to be in the best shape that I can be. Because let me tell you a secret. One of my biggest fears is to be a FAT DAD.
There is no way that I can be a fat dad, and I don’t want to be the fat dad at 45 years old who is telling his kids ”I was in shape when I was 20 y old blablabla”.
No f*ckin way.
I am the one who sets the bar and shows the example for my four kids.
I am going to be the dad in the best shape of his life. No matter what numbers are associated with my body.
BUT TODAY..

My wife Josy set me a trap.
As soon as I put a footstep inside my house.
my little toe JUST crossed the door frame.
“DO YOU WANT TO GO FOR ICE CREAM AFTER DINNER?”
-Says my wife with my four kids looking at me with some DIRTY CAT EYES that you can say no..

Why don’t they give me two choices, like Vanilla and Chocolate, that’s it! I took like 15 minutes just to choose my three flavours.
I feel it’s pretty the same thing as online. Online creators think more is more. More pages are more valuable. More videos are more valuable. But it’s not.
People want only one small thing: no overwhelming is allowed.
Just give them. And if it takes only 3 pages to give them what they are looking for, they are more likely to consume the product and buy more from you.
Not a lot of people can afford to read a 300-page book or watch 20 hours of educational videos. ‘specially those who have money.
