Yesterday morning, I went to Costco with the family to pay my mortgage, sorry… my groceries… (I sometimes get mixed up since the amount it costs me for both is almost identical with four kids!).
(I’m not looking forward to adolescence with stinky upper arms and limp beards … with only a few syllables to communicate …ARGGGGHH… Eat.. Me.. Hunger. Now!…Arrgghhh! I will have to up my coaching prices even more to fix that).
So coming out of there, packed like a donkey, I had an idea of genius. I abruptly told my wife:
I’m going to buy a kettlebell at the sports store.
…Kettle what?” frowning.
KETTLE BELL! It’s Russian! All Russians are in shape in the movies, so… it sure works! Duh!
Okay, let’s go buy some Kettle Bell…
and I did.. One kettlebell of 45LBS. That’s it to get me started.
I will get my Russian beach body optimized for mobility and flexibility.
Don’t be naive; I’ve been training at the gym for over 16 years with a few stops here and there, I do a lot of sports and walking, but now that I’m in my mid-thirties, I’m not looking for muscle (that much). My only health focus right now is flexibility and mobility. I see the changes over the years that your body moves less well with time, unfortunately, and in my mind, if your body moves well in all the ways it needs to move, you stay young, and you can do all the activities you want.
One of the disadvantages of an online business is that you often work sitting down, which is very bad for your health. And the longer you wait to solve the problem, the worse it gets.
Only one focus at a time. Just like in my online business.
My only focus right now is writing emails myself without any help from AI because it’s my business’s number 1 sales activity. It’s congruent with the company I have built up… going under the radar and helping others build their under-the-radar business … While everyone is searching desperately for attention online to try to make* some sales, chasing followers count, wondering why they don’t have reach.. For myself, I have built my business differently.
It’s sad to see people letting artificial intelligence write their emails for them. They’re doing themselves a disservice for their creativity and humanity, nothing less.

I would charge A LOT more than what they are charging (5$), just to get access to their educational portal. But… their choice.
