That’s why my email is late today.
All the feedback was unanimous about last night’s party, according to the texts I received this morning.
“We were treated like royalty.”
“Really lovely evening.”
“Wow.”
“Hi, handsome, how are you this morning?” (Oops, that one’s from my mother.)
Actually, it was a little party to thank all the family and friends who helped us move into our new house.
A LITTLE EARLIER YESTERDAY…
Josy sent me a very long list of things to buy at the grocery store.
Mission approved.
The cashier must have thought I was a restaurant owner who had come to stock up on supplies.
There were about 10 different types of appetizers, 3 main courses, 6 side dishes, a dessert, and lots of drinks.
I went with a method I like when choosing alcohol.
I chose something I knew each person liked, and then something new for them to discover. For example, for my father, I chose a fairly standard beer that he usually drinks, like Coors Light, and introduced him to Belgian beer.
For another person, I introduced them to beer imported directly from Thailand. And so on.
In short, we ate well, laughed a lot, played games, and once we were in a more advanced state,
the big discussions about how to change the world began. When I woke up this morning, I realized we hadn’t changed anything, but we had a lot of fun.
It’s one of the things I like to do for my audience. Sell them something they like and want, but I also have an obligation to introduce them to new things. Something they need to succeed.
A new way of thinking or a new business model that would help them achieve their goals.
As for the bill, it costs about 10 Opt-In Oasis sales for the open house. Actually, the last day to buy it was yesterday, but since I’m doing the workshop tomorrow, I decided to give people one more day, but at $117 instead of $97.
People who take action in time are always rewarded. Always.
