Today, I STILL got ripped off at the grocery store.
That’s more than three times – in two weeks..by the same grocery store.
But I’m still happy.
..and let me tell you WHY!
There’s a new “Discovery” section in the fruit section, where every week, the grocery store presents fruits from different countries, which is not usually the case, and for me, who reads very often – I never know these fruits… nor have I ever heard the name… in short, totally new.
This discovery section matches one of my parenting philosophies: you should taste new things every week to develop your taste and curiosity.
Today, it was Kumquat – a product of Spain. It looks like someone took a magic gun for shrinking things and used it on an orange. It does look like a tiny orange with a peel. I even peeled it delicately with my thick fingers only to realize after a google search that it can be eaten whole with the peel…
DISGUSTING.
Last week, it was a product from Israel, a Pomelo…
Also disgusting…
Why are we looking for new things all the time?
I’m beginning to understand why it’s not fruit found en masse in grocery stores… If it were so good for our taste in America, it’d be all over the shelves by now…
Again, the shiny object syndrome has kicked in once again.
I solved my shiny object syndrome in internet marketing years ago, giving me the confidence to succeed.
But when it comes to fruits, I am..still a bit vulnerable.
When it comes to internet marketing, people crave new things all the time; they think it will be easier with another model while kicking their dopamine, but those who succeed have all the same things in common:
They are confident about their model and themselves, and they go all in whatever it happens.
All you have to do is click this link:
..and make it happen. This program will show you how to be confident in the business world and give you a model to follow.
