Be aware, this option costs an arm and a leg, but I haven’t found anything that works better than this,

Since our offer to buy a bigger house was accepted, I’ve never seen anyone or anything clean, pick up and pack boxes as quickly as this. Two days later, all our stuff is in boxes. Just to get to the bathroom, I have to climb up, around and over multitudes of boxes.

And we’re only moving in 30 days!

So, here’s my family life advice: If you want your wife to be happy cleaning, buy her a new house.

So, last night after dinner, I had a stroke of genius. I gathered the whole family around the dining table to make them an offer:

WHO WANTS TO EAT A CHOCOLATE-COVERED ICE CREAM WHILE WE DRIVE PAST OUR NEW HOME (WHICH IS A 30-MINUTE DRIVE AWAY), SO WE’LL BE ABLE TO SEE THE YARD AGAIN, THE PARKING LOT, AND OTHER STUFF.

(Yess, it’s creepy, but we are looking forward to moving in)

It was unanimous:

YES!!! We want it!

Thanks to my advanced skills in mark-e-ting. I made an offer without sounding salesy, and they pulled the trigger.

There are a lot of stalkers in this world (like me) and silent-action takers (like me). For instance, most of my clients are silent action takers; they observe quietly what I am doing and buy without drama. They are the best clients you can have. That’s the exact kind of people I want to attract. Low drama, action takers.

That’s why I have established a new policy to ensure I have the best clients. Many people ask me about my coaching program and until very recently, it was possible to buy it (albeit on a very limited basis) even if you didn’t have IP24 in hand. This is no longer the case. From now on, anyone wishing to access my coaching program will need to have IP24 in hand – that way, it filters out bad customers and enables the good ones to build on a solid foundation.

On the other side, you have a lot of people who want drama, never buy anything, never pull the triggers. Life is life. For instance:

For our house, we visited it, and after the visit, we made an offer right away, more expensive than the others, intentionally to secure it, because that’s what we wanted.

Stalkers and silent action takers are a gem, but you need something to sell if you want them to pull the triggers. Here are my best rules to create a good infoproduct that they will be happy to pull the trigger on:
