I send out emails daily. Sometimes more than once a day. Not to overwhelm you, but because I’ve seen firsthand how much clarity, consistency, and momentum it takes to build strength.. and perhaps.. The best SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE. 

These emails are not fluff. They’re filled with tips, stories, mindset shifts, and sometimes even hard truths. As Yann Brainy subscribers keep reminding me (because some are quickly offended), I’m often not politically correct and Dats OKAY! 

I don’t have a secret agenda or some big corporations behind me to give me a script. I’m FREE to say whatever I want to say, and that will help you achieve your goal. 

I write daily (myself) to help real people like you. I don’t use AI, assistant or anyone to write my email. Everyday, there are FRESH. 

Now let me be upfront about something.

You might have questions. And I want you to ask them. I encourage you to reply to any email I send. I read every single one.
That said — I don’t reply to every email.

Why?
Because I protect two things above all else: my sanity and my time with my family.
I’m a real person, running a real business, raising a real family — and like you, I’m navigating the demands of life.

So while I may not be able to respond to everyone individually, I promise you this:

So go ahead — hit reply, ask what’s on your mind. Just know that a lack of response doesn’t mean you were ignored. Far from it.
