I go for a long two-hour walk and open the article entitled “Are young people less wealthy than their parents? Although I use the 50-25-25 formula when I walk, which I explained a little while ago. But this time, I decided to read while walking. I know I live dangerously. Some people text when driving; I read while walking.
The article mentions that 72% of Gen Zers perceive that previous generations had better chances of financial success and easier access to property.
I google ”Gen Z” because I still have no idea what age group or generation I belong to.

I come to the same conclusion, but I’ll change a word or two:

House prices are unaffordable – I buy the point. Earlier generations could buy a house for an apple with only one parent working in a factory while the wife stayed at home. Today, some people can’t even make two salaries, and many young people will have to give up their dream of buying a property.
Previous generations had fewer opportunities than today and were more optimistic about the future. Today, when I talk to a youngster, I see a lot of pessimism when they talk about their future..
but young people have something that others don’t have.
Something really powerful.
The type of thing that can change your life forever.
The ability to reach the entire planet from an Internet connection in your living room.
